Two Tower Cranes in San Diego

Bigge recently erected our second tower crane at the Westfield Mall expansion in San Diego.
The first crane is a Comedil 561 and was installed in March. This crane is configured with a 230 ft. jib and a HUH (height under hook) of 135 ft. The estimated operated and maintained rental duration is 14 months.
The second crane is a Peiner SK 575 and was installed in May. This crane is configured with a 230 ft jib and a HUH of 129 ft. The estimated operated and maintained rental duration is six months.
Westfield is performing a major upgrade to the existing shopping mall located in San Diego. This is the first project in which Bigge has provided services to Westfield.
